The RSS Satellite data for July has just been released, and we've set a new record, just beating out 1998.
While the final "Gold Standard", from my point of view, is the NOAA results that come out after the 15th, it seems that we will smash all records for the fifth consective month, and the sixth time in the seven months so far this year...
This is bad enough, and we'll surely set a new record for the whole year by the end of 2010. But I'm still predicting 2012 will be MUCH worse, as the Sun returns to normal and the next El Nino arrives..
