Hottest April Ever

This anomaly map is from GISS - for the fourth time in the last 5 months, we have set a record from satellite data.

(February was a frigid 6th hottest ever.)

We are well on our way to the hottest year ever recorded, and some (preliminary) analysis shows that this may be the hottest year the human race has ever experienced...

NOAA's analysis is considered the Gold Standard these days, and it will be out by Monday at the latest.

I don't expect it will change things much...
